Kitchen Remodeling
Cabinets, counters, lighting, and layouts planned around how you cook, store, and gather.
La Puente Repair began as a small finishing crew and grew into a full home improvement practice because clients asked us to stay for the next room, then the next house. We still work that way: one project at a time, with the same attention to joints, paint edges, and waterproofing that a homeowner notices years later.
Our role is to translate a wish list into a buildable plan. That includes measuring existing conditions, flagging hidden repairs, proposing materials that survive daily use, and coordinating trades so the kitchen does not wait on the painter and the painter does not wait on the carpenter.
We improve kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, exteriors, and the small failures that make a house feel tired—sticking doors, stained ceilings, uneven floors, and faded trim. The goal is not a showroom for one afternoon. The goal is a home that is easier to live in every morning.
Maintenance is part of improvement. A roof flashing repaired today prevents a ceiling repair tomorrow. We inspect, explain, and complete the work that protects finishes you have already invested in.

Get a QuoteThey treated our 1960s bungalow with respect. New kitchen lines follow the original ceiling heights, and nothing feels forced or trendy for the sake of it.
Clear weekly notes, tidy work zones, and a bathroom that no longer fogs up for an hour. The ventilation upgrade was the quiet hero of the project.
We only planned to paint. They showed us where the trim had failed and repaired it first. The paint now looks as good as it should.
