This Privacy Policy explains how La Puente Repair (“we”, “us”, or “our”) thinks about personal information in connection with lapuenterepair.com (the “Website”) and with home improvement inquiries you choose to send us. We designed these pages as a static, client-side site: form validation happens in your browser, and these files do not include a server that stores submissions. Even so, when you later email us, subscribe, or share photographs, information leaves your device. This Policy describes that journey in plain language.
Last updated: September 16, 2026. We will change the date when we update this Policy. If a change is material—for example, a new type of data we ask for on a quote form—we will add a short notice at the top of this page.
Inquiry and quote forms. When you complete a contact or quote form you may provide your name, email address, preferred contact number, the type of home improvement service, and a message. Messages often include room descriptions, timing, budget ranges, and household preferences. Provide only information you are comfortable sharing. Do not include payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or medical details in a website form.
Photographs and files. Homeowners frequently attach or later email pictures of kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, and damaged finishes. Those images can show house numbers, family belongings, or reflections. Crop or cover anything you do not want a representative to see. We use images to understand existing conditions, not to identify people.
Newsletter subscription. The subscribe page and footer forms collect an email address so we can send maintenance notes and remodeling ideas. We do not require your physical location to join the list. You may leave at any time through the unsubscribe page.
Unsubscribe requests. To honor an unsubscribe we need the email address you used when you joined. We use that address only to locate and remove the listing and to confirm the request.
Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider or your browser may record IP address, browser type, language, referring page, and time of visit as ordinary server or analytics logs. This static project does not embed a custom tracking pixel of our own. Third-party fonts and icon libraries loaded from public CDNs may receive your IP address as part of delivering those files. You can block third-party requests in your browser if you prefer.
We use inquiry data to understand the room you want improved, to prepare a conversation or estimate, and to follow up by email. We use newsletter addresses to send occasional messages about seasonal maintenance, material care, and project stories. We use unsubscribe data to stop those messages. We use photographs to diagnose visible conditions and to discuss options. We do not sell personal information, we do not rent our list, and we do not use inquiry photographs for advertising unless you later agree in writing that a project may appear in our portfolio.
If a project proceeds, information may also be used to schedule trades, order materials, document workmanship warranty items, and keep a record of choices you approved (for example, paint sheen or tile size). That operational use is part of performing the service you requested, not a separate marketing program.
Where privacy law requires a basis for processing, we rely on: (a) your request to take steps toward a contract, such as a quote; (b) our legitimate interest in operating a home improvement practice, answering messages, and protecting the security of the Website; (c) consent, when you join a newsletter or allow a project to be photographed for the portfolio; and (d) legal obligations, such as keeping records that tax or consumer rules require if a paid project occurs. You may withdraw consent for newsletters at any time without affecting a separate construction agreement.
The forms on these pages validate fields in your browser. A successful check displays a thank-you message. The pages themselves do not write your answers to a remote database. If you want us to actually receive the details, send the same information by email to info@lapuenterepair.com or wait for a representative to invite a follow-up. Treat the on-page thank-you as confirmation that your entries were complete, not as proof that a server stored them. This design keeps the public site simple; it also means you should keep a copy of anything important you typed.
We share personal information only as needed: with tradespeople or suppliers working on your project, with professional advisers if a dispute arises, or with authorities if the law requires it. Hosting, email, and font or icon delivery companies process limited technical data as independent or contracted processors. Social media buttons on the Website are links; they do not automatically post on your behalf. If you click them, the destination site will apply its own privacy rules.
We do not disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use inquiry messages to build marketing profiles of children or of visitors who never contacted us.
Quote conversations that do not become projects are kept only as long as needed to answer the request and for a short period afterward in case you return with a related question. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Project files, including photographs of hidden conditions and approved selections, may be kept for the duration of a workmanship warranty and for ordinary business record-keeping. You may ask us to delete photographs of a completed room from future portfolio use; we will do so for materials still under our control, except where a record must be kept for warranty or legal reasons.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a home improvement studio: limited access to inquiry mailboxes, care with photographs, and ordinary hosting protections. No internet transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords, card numbers, or highly sensitive documents through the Website forms. If you believe a message to us was sent in error, write to info@lapuenterepair.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it from mailboxes we control.
The Website may be viewed from many places. We do not use this Policy to announce a particular country of establishment. If you write to us, your message may be read where our representatives work. If that involves a transfer of information, we still apply the care described here. We do not require you to identify your location in order to read articles or request a conversation.
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to ask whether we hold information about you, to receive a copy, to correct inaccuracies, to delete information that is no longer needed, to object to certain uses, or to withdraw consent for newsletters. To make a request, email info@lapuenterepair.com from the address you used in your inquiry and describe what you would like us to do. We may need to verify that we are speaking with the right person. You may also stop browser storage by clearing cookies and site data in your own browser settings.
You are not required to provide personal information to read the Website. If you withhold information needed for a quote, we may be unable to prepare a useful estimate. Unsubscribing will not by itself cancel an active project discussion unless you ask us to stop that discussion as well.
The Website is intended for homeowners and authorized decision-makers, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted a form, contact us and we will delete the message from mailboxes we control.
These static pages do not set a first-party advertising cookie. Your browser may still store ordinary session data. Third-party CDNs for fonts and icons may set cookies according to their policies. You can use browser controls to block or delete cookies. Blocking them will not prevent you from reading articles, though some icon fonts may fall back to system fonts.
Published testimonials use first names or names the homeowner agreed to display, together with a project type. If you recognize your story and wish it removed or anonymized, write to us. Portfolio images are selected to show craft, not to identify a street. We avoid publishing documents, screens, or mail that appear in the background of a photograph whenever we notice them in time.
We may update this Policy as our Website or practices change. The revised text applies from the date posted. If you have a privacy question, wish to unsubscribe, or want a project photograph withheld from future use, email info@lapuenterepair.com. You may also use the Unsubscribe Email page for list removal and the Contact Us page for project questions. If a supervisory authority is available to you under local law, you may contact that authority; we ask that you write to us first so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
Related documents: Terms & Services describe estimates, workmanship, and Website use. Together, these pages are meant to make a home improvement conversation predictable: you know how we work, and you know how we treat the information you share about your house.
